Entrepreneurial Dhuafa Darul Muttaqin Boarding School


Background

Islamic school as a beginning of moslems education, has to be the place for changing of education in Indonesia. The growing of Islamic school in Indonesia has develop chances and hopes for Indonesian people to gain more Islamic education for their son and daughter. But almost all of these can be acces only for rich people, and not for poor people.  These are the problem that moslems must concerned. Many Islamic schools has established in Indonesia, but these are still far from the ideals of the pesantren itself, to be able to produce graduates who successfully practice of religion and practical science of self-reliance (self-employment) directly. Therefore, the perception that life must be separated by Intrepeneurship is a mistake. Genesis has moved the hearts even this group of people to contribute directly to improving the image of the pesantren itself in a manner consistent with the teachings of the noble religion, Islam. Starting from the above, then the determination is strong, sincere prayer and mobilization of all the time and ability, we strive to help the orphans and the brothers who lack the forms of assistance in the form of entrepreneurship training and strengthening of the Islamic faith, all of which we carried out in the boarding school orphans, under the management of Darrul Muttaqien Islamic center.
Entrepreneurial pesantren Dhuafa Darrul Muttaqien Islamic Center is managed by a group of people who wish to make life more meaningful, with charity and giving attention to the poor. The founders realized that this life is to worship and struggle, no struggle without sacrifice and no sacrifice without sincere. So this is where we are increasingly confident and aware of how important practice in Islam, even science is nothing without charity.
This activity is expected to add to the spirit of our brothers who are less fortunate (the orphans) who has lost the spirit to become a civilized society and are able to solve its problems, especially economic problems. From this incident, it came we were to begin searching and learning how to open awareness and simultaneously arouse our passion to act and do good in order to realize the glory of Islam that Rohmatan Lil‘alamin more programmed and directed.         
With the establishment of boarding entrepreneurial orphans, we sincerely hope to other brothers to get together to help and strengthen the activities of this mission. With all the power and cooperation that exists then insyaalloh all problems will be resolved. We tried to make Entrepreneurial Dhuafa Darul Muttaqin Boarding become an institution honest, trustworthy, professional and a connector strap brotherhood among fellow Muslims, both in Indonesia and Moslem in the world, Amien.


Vision, mission and purpose

Vision
"Islamic coaching to realize the beauty of life, the power of faith, science and charity".

Mission:
1. Establishing boarding schools that supports the orphans with the concept of entrepreneurship coupled with the strengthening of faith and practical knowledge of Islam.
2. Running and organize all charitable activities and business units, which are in Darrul Muttaqin Islamic Center Dhuafa Boarding and supports dynamic conducive climate that encourages growth and development of life science, art and culture, social, and religious.
3. Students form the Islamic personality kaffah, excels in IMTAQ, mastering science and technology,  good manner, and able to teach and apply the knowledge, gained and benefit the surrounding community.
4. Applying science and technology based on the IMTAQ for the benefit and welfare of human beings.
5. Reestablish sunnatullah and Sunnah apostles as much as possible in everyday life and in improving social welfare.

Objectives:
1. Muslims form a cadre of qualified field of faith and piety and master science and technology.
2. Fostering young Muslim cadres in preparation for building the image of Muslims.
3. Muslims form a cadre of disciplined, independent, courageous and responsible.
4. Establish a conducive environment which is Islamic.
5. Establish a cadre of Muslims who have the spirit of jihad Fisabilillah.
6. Boost the economy for the welfare of Muslims.
7. Help prosper the brethren who lack the skills and capital.
  

Pesantren Entrepreneurial Dhuafa Darul Muttaqin target

1. Islamic Commitment
a. A correct understanding of Islamic teachings.
b. Strong belief in the teachings of Islam.
c. High motivation to practice the teachings of Islam.

2. Commitment of Nationality.
a. Broad understanding and correct on the philosophy and culture of the nation is good and right.
b. High motivation in practice and develop the philosophy and culture of the good and true.
c. Correct insight about national development which are rohmatan lil 'alamin.
d. Correct insight about self-reliance and entrepreneurship in Islamic.

Specifically targets to be achieved by the students
1. Ability to develop attitudes and behaviors in Islam.
2. Ability to develop creativity and skills that are useful for the future.
3. Ability to develop Islamic socialization within the family and society.
4. Have the independence, creativity, innovative, leadership and high social solidarity.
5. Ability to develop Islamic faith and understanding in teaching of Islam.
6. Ability to develop entrepreneurial spirit.

  
Sources of Financing

Sources of financing to meet all funding, both operating costs and other expenses related to the students and activities at our orphans will be allocated from a number of contributions that have been and will be contributed by donors., Among others:
1. Students Scholarship
2. Infak / shodaqoh
3. Benefaction

1. Students Scholarship
For all the operational needs of the students, then the donor may donate property directly as regular assistance each month for which we grouped into the scholarship students, where all of this scholarship fund will be our berupakan the daily needs of the students either in the form of food, clothing, tools stationery and so on. To a large contribution is Rp. 250,000.00 or US$ 25 (25 American Dollars) per students.

2. Shodaqoh Pesantren
Donors who want to provide operational assistance and development activities and all forms of entrepreneurial activities at the seminary Darul Muttaqin orphans can donate funds in the form of assistance that we grouped in shodaqoh pesantren. Where for its large and continuity are depend on the ability of the donor.

3. Benefaction
The need for land to grow increasingly encouraged the committee to open up opportunities for donors and prospective donors to donate land or other property to be used as a means of dakwah activity in the Pesantrenan Darul Muttaqien Orphans boarding school.

Islamic School Program for Dhuafa

To ensure the achievement of the vision, mission and goals of entrepreneurs orphans and boarding institutions Darul Muttaqin Islamic Center in totally, we create a curriculum that will be given to the students that included theology, scientific, and Islamic entrepreneurial (kepesantrenan).
To make the students with a capacity like that, then there are some things that are the basis of the coaching process to be applied, namely:
 Provide grounding as a guideline value, correction and confirmation
 Train the appropriate skills base values ​​given
 Provide an intellectual environment
 Provide mentoring and continuous control
 Evaluate achievement (to repeat the cycle if less successful, or increase the level if successful, and may be given other alternatives)

For best results, then the process of coaching in schools will be divided into several stages, among others:
Phase I, (Giving Platform Value)
 Aqeedah, both general and special Manhaj Systematics Revelation
 Adab / morality Guidelines
 fard prayers and other worship
 Ruling and dhikr (morning / afternoon, evening and free)
 Commentary choice verses and Juz 'Amma
 tradition of the Prophet (the theme of law and civilized / moral)
 The story of a model (the Prophet's Companions, the people)

Phase II, (Skills Training)
 Independence
 Providing vocabulary Arabic and English
 Lectures / rhetoric
 leadership and responsibility
 Sports and fitness
 Khuruj ("safari dakwah")
 activity in physical exercise / intellectual / mental, the other spiritual

Phase III, (Environmental Engineering)
 Tata space (rooms, dormitories, class)
 physical facilities that support (cleanliness, order, security, water, dining room, a mosque, rooms, etc.)
 manipulate the birth of "dominant groups of students" in a positive sense
 introduce identity as Muslims, it continuously
 Formation of self-discipline culture

Phase IV, (facilitation and Periodic Control)
 Muhasabah (daily and weekly)

Phase V (Evaluation of Achievement)
 Establish time standards of attainment for each criterion
